Anti-Harrassment Non-Discrimination Policy
OUT Sports League does not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment based on actual or perceived race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, physical or mental disability, marital status, active duty or military veteran status or status in any group otherwise protected by federal, state, or local law, in accordance with applicable laws.
All members of OUT Sports League have an obligation to respect their fellow participants and refrain from any discriminatory or harassing behavior. With respect to harassment, the league specifically prohibits the following:
Offensive comments, jokes, innuendoes, derogatory statements or visual behavior concerning a protected category including, but not limited to, sexually oriented statements. This includes transmitting or distributing any pornographic, offensive, defamatory, obscene or discriminatory information in conjunction with any League-affiliated communication.
Any conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment, including, but not limited to, repeated, offensive, or unwelcome comments, gestures, flirtations, advances, or verbal abuse.
Inappropriate physical contact, including, but not limited to, sexually suggestive touching or fondling.
Photo Release
I give permission to take photographs and videos in which I may be involved for the purpose of promoting and publicizing OUT Sports League programs. Such promotion and publicity may include, but is not limited to, publication of the photographs/videos to OUT Sports League social networks and its website, magazines, and publication on other websites. You may revoke this at any time by emailing info@outsportsleague.com.
Abuse and Sexual Misconduct Prevention Policy
OUT Sports League is a recreational sports league that does not permit minors to participate in our leagues. However, there may be league-related activities or special events where we permit the participation of minors. Please review our Youth Abuse and Sexual Misconduct Prevention Policy for these activities.
